What is pelvic floor prolapse?

It is a condition in which the muscles of the pelvic floor tear and the bladder, the rectum, the uterus and the vagina fall down into the vagina. It is one of the major problems of women. 3. Water exercise:

This is one of the most effective ways to prevent pelvic floor prolapse. It will help you to reduce the risk of urinary incontinence, vaginal and anal infections, constipation, hemorrhoids and constipation.
